Need help getting the word out about your children’s app or educational ebook to teachers? For more visibility in the education market, submit your resource and a short lesson plan to the Drawp Resource Marketplace, a free website where teachers can search and download K-12 content.
Each lesson plan has four optional fields: Objectives, Activities, Materials, and Evaluation. Publishers can include a download link to their app or ebook in the “Materials” section and have the option to easily tag lesson plans with Common Core Standards.
See this example of a full-length lesson plan based on Slap Happy Larry’s book app, The Artifacts: Sketch A Bedroom – The Artifacts – Book App by Lynley Stace – English Language Arts. (Click on “Preview” to see visuals attached to the lesson plan.) Note: not all lesson plans need be this in depth.
The Drawp Resource Marketplace is currently in beta and will be updated later this year. Drawp will be promoting the marketplace at this year’s ISTE conference and again when the site is updated.
There is no cost to developers and publishers to submit lesson plans to the Drawp Resource Marketplace. Read this post: How to Create a Lesson Plan on the Drawp Resource Marketplace and email Julie@MoondropApps.com for more information. Approved and published lesson plans may be promoted on Drawp for School social media channels.
